  • POST COVID-19 SALON POLICY
    In the interest of the health and safety of our Clients and Riot Nail girls, Clients are requested to follow these measures until further notice: 1. Wash hands upon arrival 2. Bring in own face mask, which must be worn throughout treatment 3. Please ensure phones are put away and please bring minimal things with you (no shopping bags) 4. We accept all cash and card. 5. Are you feeling unwell ? If so please stay at home . We will reschedule you for another day 6. We are staggering appointment times to ensure limited contact between individuals. If a client is late this may result in you having to wait outside. We will endeavour to notify you in time if there are any delays. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation!
  • HOW DO I BOOK AN APPPOINTMENT?
    You can book by clicking the 'book now' button found on the main page of our website and instagram page , by calling 0207 426 2065 or by emailing reception@colourriotnails.co.uk Please note appointments may be moved up to 30 mins earlier or later to suit our schedule and to accommodate demand. You will receive an email if your appointment is moved. To make a booking with us a non-refundable deposit will need to be paid. Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking up to 48 hours before appointment. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours means your deposit is forfeited. No shows or lateness of more than 15 mins will incur 100% fee.

    Unfortunately this means that we are fully booked, but please call 0207426 2065 to see if we have had any last minute cancellations or to join our wait list
  • WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
    Monday- friday 10am-8pm Saturday 10am-6pm Sunday 11am-5pm
  • WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
    We use DND, The Gel Bottle, Gelish and Luminary for our gel treatments and Young Nails and valentino for our acrylic treatments. All our products are vegan and curlety free. If you have any allergies please send us a email or call us before booking.
  • I'M LATE! WHAT DO I DO?
    Please call us on 0207 426 2065 to alert us, if you are over 10mins late your treatment will have to be downgraded. If you are more than 15mins late you appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be paid to secure another appointment. If you do not show up for your your appointment you will be charged 100% No show fee
  • IM NOT HAPPY WITH MY NAILS WHAT DO I DO?
    Please send us an email to reception@colourriotnails.co.uk within 48 hours with images of your nails and detailing the problem, we will asses images and get back to you.
  • WHAT TREATMENTS CAN UNDER 16S HAVE?
    Unfortunately we do not perform any Gel or Extensions treatments on anyone under 16, but you can have a manicure and\or pedicure in normal polish.
