5. Are you feeling unwell ? If so please stay at home . We will reschedule you for another day
6. We are staggering appointment times to ensure limited contact between individuals. If a client is late this may result in you having to wait outside. We will endeavour to notify you in time if there are any delays.

I CAN'T SEE ANY APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE
Unfortunatly this means that we are fully booked, but please call 0207426 2065 to see if we have had any last miniute cancellations or to join our cancellation list

Monday- friday 10am-8pm
WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
We use DND and gelish for our gel treatments and Young Nails and valentino for our acrylic treatments. All our products are vegan and curlety free. If you have any allergies please send us a email or call us before booking.
I'M LATE! WHAT DO I DO?
Please call us on 0207 426 2065 to alert us, if you are over 10mins late your treatment will have to be downgraded. If you are more than 15mins late we may have to reschedule your appointment and a 50% fee payable. If you forfeit your appointment you will be charged 100% fee
IM NOT HAPPY WITH MY NAILS WHAT DO I DO?
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours with images of your nails and detailing the problem, we will asses images and get back to you.
