Colour Riot Nails was founded in 2012 by session manicurist Tinu Bello.

Tinu Bello grew up along her four siblings in north London-Tottenham, attending beauty schools at Waltham Forest college where she completed a level 2 in Beauty Therapy and a VCTC In nail technology helping her gain access in what would be the first steps into her long standing career in the beauty industry.

Tinu Bello first realised she wanted to build a career beyond the salon walls when she noticed the model’s nails in a Vogue fashion story. Following the completion of her training, Tinu worked in multiple salons and quickly began developing her repertoire for bold, colourful and creative nail designs. Ambitious and innovative, Tinu moved on to grow her own brand and business: Colour Riot Nails. An in-demand salon located in trendy, upbeat Shoreditch, plus many pop-up concessions around London, Tinu is well on her way to Colour Riot domination.

Outside of the salon, Tinu’s skill and flair has garnered the attention of fashion and commercial clients alike, from designing nails for House of Holland, Christopher Kane and Markus Lupfer shows, to working on campaigns for Dior, Pantene and Volkswagen.

Tinu’s celebrity clientele includes Bella Hadid, Jorja Smith, Rita Ora, Ellie Goulding, Nicole Scherzinger, Anne-Marie, Kerry Washington, Bebe Rexha and more, and her work can also regularly be found in Harper’s Bazaar, Hunger, Wonderland and Elle.
